Your payment card details are processed by the relevant payment provider. We do not need to receive or store your full payment card number or card security code on our own systems in order to process a standard card payment.

If you purchase a report, we process the calculation and project information required to generate the relevant Water Efficiency Reports and associated calculation documents.

You should only provide personal information, logos or other material that you are authorised to provide to us and use for the relevant project.

Where you independently provide a downloaded report to another organisation, that organisation may process information contained in the report under its own data protection responsibilities.

The calculation system applies the relevant calculation logic to the information supplied and may automatically produce a pass or fail result against the target selected by the user.

The result is intended to assist with water efficiency assessment and does not itself constitute a decision by Building Control or another regulatory authority.
